The bulk of the work is property and construction, together with commercial disputes and debt recovery, company and contract matters, and a selected private client practice.
We aim to give advice that is clear, properly grounded in the documents and useful in practice.
What we commit to
For standard property transactions we give you a fixed completion fee before we take the matter on, so the cost is known in advance. For everything else we agree the basis of our fee with you before any work starts. We aim to reply to every enquiry within one business day.
Areas of Practice
Property
We act for buyers, sellers, landlords and developers on property contracts, title checks, Land Registry searches and leases, from due diligence through to transfer of title.
02Construction
We advise developers, main contractors, subcontractors and consultants on building contracts, permits and project set-up, and act in construction disputes over defects, delay and variations.
03Litigation & Debt Recovery
We act for claimants and defendants in civil disputes before the District Courts and in arbitration, recovering unpaid invoices, loans and rent arrears, and acting in personal injury claims on both sides.
04Corporate & Commercial
We advise Cyprus companies and their shareholders on incorporation, director duties, shareholders' agreements and commercial contracts, from planning through to signing.
05Private Client
We prepare wills and guide families through probate and the administration of estates, with the least possible delay.
06Personal Injury
We act in claims arising from road traffic accidents, accidents at work and on construction sites, accidents in public and private places, and medical negligence, for injured claimants and for insurers.
Whose side we are on
One client to a transaction
In a Cyprus property purchase the seller has an advocate, the developer has an advocate, and the estate agent will often have one to recommend. None of them is acting for you.
We are instructed by one party to a sale, never by both. We take no commission, referral fee or other payment from an estate agent, a developer or a seller in connection with a purchase we are instructed on. If the search shows something that means the answer is do not proceed, that is the advice you get.

Andreas has practised law in Cyprus for more than three decades. His work includes litigation, personal injury and insurance claims, debt recovery, administrative law, real estate, wills, probate and administration of estates.

Partner
Klitos advises on litigation, corporate and commercial matters, property and construction. His contentious work includes pleadings, interim applications, evidence, negotiations and trial preparation.
